Accor opens Movenpick Living and Residences in Cairo

Expanding its footprint in Egypt, Accor has opened Movenpick Living and Residences in Cairo. Once open, the property will feature 150 serviced apartments and 40 branded residences. The new property will feature hospitality, residential, entertainment, commercial, retail components and government entities, including the Presidential Palace, Parliament, Cabinet, Supreme Court, all ministries of Egypt and various foreign embassies.

The Group is partnering with Al Bourouj Misr Development, whose operations started in 2012, with a visionary approach towards responding to the diverse and evolving real estate market in Egypt strategically, by offering a sustainable and diverse mix within a real estate portfolio comprising construction and real estate developments of mixed-use contemporary, residential and commercial developments through its subsidiaries.
