THE ASIAN Hawkers Market (AHM) this year was a venue to the fifth season of Pan-Asian Food Fest on pre-Diwali weekend at Select Citywalk, Saket, Delhi. The list of new restaurants participating in the Food fest were Enoki (Greater Kailash-I); Imperfecto, Kofuku (Ansal Plaza), Just Wok It (Green Park Extension), Popo Lafing (Satya Niketan), Spectra from The Leela Ambience Gurugram, Sushi Junction at Malviya Nagar and Sikandarpur, W.D. BW Hotelier spoke to various hospitality experts and the participants at the AHM, who shared their everlasting experience. For Katie Harris, Founder, Bun, Asian Hawkers Market offers a great platform for south East Asian restaurateurs and chefs to showcase their produce and foodies to try dishes from both renowned establishments and start-ups across Delhi.

Romil Kaul, Business Head(Delhi-NCR),  FreshMenu said, “For a delivery-only chain such as FreshMenu, AHM offers a unique opportunity to showcase its capabilities and connect directly with our customer base who get to see the actual people involved in running the behind the scenes operations such as ours. "

Mitali Sahani, Co-Founder & Chef, Bombaykery believes that the eyes balls and footfalls received at AHM have no match to any other food festival. Adding more to this she said, “AHM has been an integral part of the growth strategy for The Bombaykery. The team behind it leaves no stone unturned to ensure it is a success each time.”

At Chai Point it’s our mission to own the ritual of Chai and be synonymous with quality, innovations and consistency,” stated Sandesh, COO, Chai Point.

Having attending the event, Sreenvisan G, Executive Chef, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport said, “If there is one city that loves going out to enjoy fabulous food and drink, then it's Delhi. It’s an amazing feeling to be part of this wonderful event that everyone looks forward.”
