Vijay Jaiswal Appointed Sr VP, Sales & Marketing of Sarovar Hotels

SAROVAR HOTELS Pvt. Ltd. announced the appointment of Vijay Jaiswal as Sr. Vice President – Sales & Marketing. An industry adept professional, Jaiswal brings with him over 29 years in the hospitality industry. At Sarovar Hotels, he will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of sales, marketing and product development programs for each brands targeted toward existing and new markets.

Prior to joining Sarovar Hotels, Jaiswal was associated with ITC Hotels as Head of Sales & Marketing for Fortune Hotels. In a career spanning about three decades, he has held several positions at ITC Hotels commencing his career in Sales in Chennai hotels in 1989. Thereafter, he went to holding positions at the Regional office - North; Sales Manager of ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad and Rajputana Sheraton, Jaipur. Jaiswal was the Area Manager in Chennai looking after the two hotels and the Regional Marketing Office before he moved to ITC Maurya as Area Manager Sales & Marketing.

Jaiswal has received the 'Achiever Award in Marketing' at the PATWA International Achiever Award.
