The Leela Gandhinagar strengthens management team with key appointments

The Leela Gandhinagar, a luxury hospitality destination in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, has enhanced its management team by appointing two professionals to key roles.

Ekta Mahajan has joined as the new Learning and Development Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she specialises in client and guest relations, digital communications, and brand training. She will oversee the learning and development initiatives at The Leela Gandhinagar. Her previous experience includes roles at Hilton, Radisson, Lemon Tree Hotels, and Taj. Mahajan holds a degree in hotel management from BHMCT in New Delhi and is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Training and Development.

Parita Vaghela has been appointed as the Marketing, Communications & Public Relations Manager. She brings a strong background in digital marketing, PR management, and influencer collaborations to her new role. Vaghela will lead The Leela Gandhinagar’s marketing and communication strategies, focussing on enhancing the brand’s presence. Her career includes experience with Marriott International, and she holds a master’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University, along with a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
