The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi has announced the appointment of Abhissek Basu as its new Hotel Manager. With over 23 years in the hospitality sector, Basu brings extensive experience in hotel management, operations, and food and beverage service.
Previously, he was the Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at The Leela Mumbai, and he played a significant role in launching The Leela Palace in Udaipur and Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. His experience also includes leading operations at celebrated dining establishments.
Upon his appointment Basu expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am thrilled to be a part of the incredible team at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi and eager contribute to its continued success while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.”
In his new role, Basu will manage the daily operations of the hotel, maintaining standards of luxury and guest satisfaction. His expertise in team management and operational efficiency is expected to enhance the overall guest experience.
