62 keys Abraq The Fern, Dalgate, Srinagar and 50 keys Zinc by The Fern, Tengpora Bypass, Srinagar are already under construction and slated to be operational by 2025 and 2026 respectively. The brand has also signed 3 other hotels- 65 keys ABRAQ The Fern, Pahalgam, 65 keys Zinc by The Fern, Pahalgam and 65 keys ABRAQ The Fern, Tangmarg which are currently in the planning stage.
