Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel is all set to host a culinary extravaganza at its signature restaurant, InAzia, where the vibrant flavours of Thailand and Bali come together in a unique fusion feast. This special food festival, running throughout the monsoon season, is a collaboration between two master chefs—Chef Rungtiwa Sorlae, a Thai cuisine expert at InAzia, and Chef Surya Restiawan, celebrated for his Balinese culinary artistry.

The festival showcases a new menu that blends the different spices and techniques of both regions, offering a great dining experience. Highlights include the refreshing Yam Mamuang, a raw mango salad with roasted coconut and peanut, and Jukut Kangkong Pelecing, a steamed water spinach dish with zesty Balinese sauce. Signature mains feature Lobster Prik Katuam, a wok-tossed lobster in chilli garlic sauce, and Lawar Ayam Kacang Panjanga, Balinese salad with grilled chicken and sambel embe.

For dessert, guests can indulge in traditional treats like Klwy-Bwch-Chi (banana in coconut milk) and Dadar Gulung, a green pancake roll filled with sweetened shredded coconut. This festival promises an immersive culinary journey, celebrating the rich flavours of Thailand and Bali in a single, unforgettable dining experience.
