Sunil Jajoria has joined Le Meridien, Jaipur Resort & Spa as the Executive Chef. An extremely ardent, driven hospitality professional and culinary maestro, Chef Sunil has over 18 years of work experience in the culinary domain and has worked for many luxury brands.
Over the years, Chef Sunil has developed his own standard of cuisine with deep commitment towards sustainability. An enthusiastic culinary creator who believes in creating fresh beautifully cooked simple food with innovation. Chef Sunil emphasises on the symbiotic nature of the kitchen, where each person is imperative and importance to the 'whole’. His extensive travels across have instilled a better understanding of different food cultures into him, helping him to thus evolve as a culinary expert with a profound knowledge in various cuisines.
As the Executive Chef, he will lead the hotel’s culinary operations which include the award-winning restaurants, the banquet kitchen and in-room dining operations along with extending his repertoire towards experiential and gastronomic food and beverage concepts.
