Previously, Yadav served as Director of Finance at Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata, where he significantly improved financial processes and ensured compliance with industry standards. His leadership contributed to robust financial outcomes. Before that, he held senior finance roles with Accor in Pune and Marriott International in Kolkata, where he managed multi-property operations and developed strategies for sustained growth.
Yadav’s career spans prestigious organisations, including Radisson Hotel Group, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and Tata Steel, where he began his journey as a corporate trainer. His academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from SRM University, a certification in Financial Accounting and Analysis from IIM Bengaluru, and specialised training in computer science.
