Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur has upgraded its Sales & Marketing division by appointing Prahalad Rao as Associate General of Sales, Gujarat and Chetan Kumar Singh as Director of Sales, Mumbai. These professionals bring a wealth of expertise to enhance the property’s market footprint and drive growth in the competitive luxury hospitality sector.

Rao, the newly appointed Associate General of Sales—Gujarat, has earned nearly eight years of industry experience. He has held key roles with reputed brands such as Radisson Udaipur, Spectrum Resort, Spa & Convention, and Sayaji Hotels Limited, where he managed sales for 24 properties across Gujarat. Known for crafting effective rate strategies for destinations like Udaipur and Kevadiya, he has successfully elevated travel trade and corporate markets within the region.

He expressed, “I am very excited to join the Sales teams of Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur. In this new role, I will take the lead in developing a targeted strategy, solidifying relationships with key partners, and uncovering new revenue streams to fuel business growth. With my extensive knowledge of this sector, I am confident that I will be able to craft strategies that will elevate the property's market presence and create lasting value for the brand and its clientele.”

Singh who is now Director of Sales, Mumbai, has over a decade of experience with notable brands including Hyatt Regency, The Leela, Vivanta by Taj President, and The Park Hotels. His most recent role as Assistant Director of Sales at Sayaji Hotels showcased his knack for client relationship management and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Singh also commented on his appointment, stating, “It is an honour for me to join Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa in Udaipur.
