Sayaji Pune celebrates World Environment Day with sustainable initiatives

To celebrate World Environment Day, Sayaji Pune took significant steps towards environmental sustainability. The hotel engaged in a dual effort of gifting saplings to its in-house guests and corporate partners, as well as planting saplings in the vicinity of the hotel.

Sayaji Pune has always been committed to providing exceptional hospitality while maintaining a strong focus on sustainable practices. This year too, with each  sapling chosen to thrive in the local climate, the hotel is contributing to enhancing the green cover of the region. The initiative is designed not only to beautify the surroundings but also to instill a sense of environmental responsibility among the recipients.

In addition to distributing saplings, Sayaji Pune is taking proactive measures to improve the green cover in and around the hotel. The staff and management have organized a tree-planting drive, wherein they will plant a variety of indigenous saplings in the vicinity of the hotel. This initiative is a testament to the hotel’s dedication to creating a sustainable environment and enhancing the local ecosystem.
