Ramandeep Singh Kapur takes over as Director of Operations at Conrad Pune

Ramandeep Singh Kapur has been appointed as the new Director of Operations at Conrad Pune. With a 16-year career in luxury hospitality, Kapur brings experience from roles at Hyatt hotels, Marriott International, DLF Super Luxury real estate developer, and The Oberoi Group. 

Kapur's recent position was Operations Manager at Plaza Premium Lounge, Heathrow Airport, London, since January 2023. He previously served as the Director of Operations at the Hyatt, Andaz, Delhi, from January 2022 to November 2022. 

Throughout his career, Kapur has demonstrated leadership in team management, business strategy, and adaptability to market changes. Abhishek Sahai, General Manager of Conrad Pune, commented on the appointment, stating, "We're excited to have Ramandeep Singh Kapur join us as the Director of Operations. With his leadership, we're eager to uphold our commitment to delivering customer experiences for all our guests."
