Leading hotel distribution technology provider AxisRooms has said that Ramana Towers Hotel in Tamil Nadu has adopted its Channel Manager solution to ensure efficient distribution across multiple online sales channels including OTAs. Ramana Towers, located in the temple town of Tiruvannamalai, has been renowned for its hospitality for over a decade. The property has earned fantastic guest reviews and ratings on almost all leading hotel booking sites.
According to Gokulanathan, Managing Director of Ramana Towers, they wanted to leverage the advantage of growing online hotel reservations by selling their rooms on multiple OTAs. But manually managing multiple OTAs was a confusing and cumbersome task, leading to rate and inventory disparity and overbooking.
"We realised that we needed a Channel Manager to automate our distribution efforts. Besides, we wanted it to seamlessly integrate it with our existing Hotel PMS. Also, as we were new to the solution, we were looking for the best option available in the market. We decided to adopt AxisRooms Channel Manager as it fulfilled all our requirements, especially regarding the ease of access and use," said Gokulanathan.

It helps us keep track of our inventory and cancellations efficiently while eliminating overbooking.”
