Mai Bao, a Singapore street food restaurant recently launched at DLF Avenue Mall in Saket, New Delhi. Upholding a casual premium-dining concept, the restaurant, having fifty-seats, offers a plethora of Singaporean street food options.
H. E. Simon Wong, High Commissioner of Singapore to India; Avantika Sinha, Founder of Mai Bao, inaugurated the restaurant. Delegates from the Singaporean High Commission, Ambassadors of various embassies, and Pushpa Bector, Executive Director DLF Retail, Head luxury, and Shopping Malls were also present at the event.
The restaurant offers a range of options from Michelin starred fine dining to award-winning hawker food to pamper the visitors' palate.
Mai Bao's menu reflects multiculturalism with its Singaporean cuisine that consists of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian flavours.
Jeremy Nguee, a celebrity chef from Singapore, has curated the menu at Mai Bao. He also trained the team of professionals to provide authentic Singaporean delectables in the restaurant.
The signature dishes include Hainanese chicken rice, Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Chilli Crab, Ayam Goreng, Salted Egg Prawns, Popiah, Satay, Hokkien Mee, Rendang curry, a variety of dim sums and baos, etc.
The restaurant reflects the colourful and vivacious ambience of Singapore with its thoughtfully designed interiors.
Mai Bao offers a beverage programme that provides coolers, bubble teas, signature cocktails such as Mai Sling, and the alcoholic bubble teas.
