Lemon Tree Hotels signs two new properties in Goa and Punjab

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties, Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotel, Pathankot. Both the properties are set to open in FY 2026 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The new Lemon Tree Hotel in Arpora, Goa, will feature 57 well-appointed rooms and guests can look forward to a range of amenities including a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a spa. Located around 30 km from Manohar International Airport and 42 km from Dabolim International Airport, the hotel is about 48 km from Madgaon Railway Station. This addition marks the fifth Lemon Tree property in Goa, joining three operational hotels and one upcoming project. The new hotel aims to cater to the increasing demand for quality accommodation in the region, providing guests with a blend of luxury and convenience.

The upcoming Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotel in Pathankot will offer 44 well-appointed rooms for both business and leisure travellers. The property will include a restaurant, banquet halls, a meeting room, a fitness centre and other public areas. Located around 130 km from Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport and around 8 km from Pathankot Cantt Railway Station, the hotel is well-connected by roadways for easy access.
