Lemon Tree Hotels signs new property in Pune

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Pune, set to open in the financial year 2026. The new property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. This property in Pune is all set to cater the leisure as well as business travellers to further strengthening the brand's presence in the state.

Vilas Pawar, CEO, Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels said on the occasion, “We are excited to share the expansion of our portfolio in Pune where we have four existing properties across upscale to midscale brands. This addition will complement our existing twelve hotels and three upcoming properties in Maharashtra.”

Located in one of Maharashtra’s key cities, Pune, the new hotel will feature 117 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting room, banquet facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa. Situated 21 kilometres from Pune International Airport and 20 kilometres from Pune Railway Station, the hotel will be well connected by both public and private transport. Pune, often referred to as the "Oxford of the East," is home to prestigious educational institutions such as Savitribai Phule Pune University, Fergusson College, and Symbiosis International University, among others.
