J Wellness Circle, part of IHCL’s holistic wellness initiative, marked World Digital Detox Day by promoting mindful technology use and its impact on mental health and interpersonal relationships. Over 3,000 participants took part in more than 100 sessions across 50+ J Wellness Circle spas, emphasising the importance of maintaining a balance between digital and real-life interactions.
The initiative included sessions for over 1,000 participants, including children from various welfare homes and local communities, focussing on mindfulness, digital literacy, and reconnecting with nature. Additionally, participants engaged in restorative therapies such as Sukshma Vyama, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. A special 'Slumber Lounge' was created as a quiet space for introspection, board games, and creative activities.
