ITC Royal Bengal wins 'Best Energy Efficient Commercial Building/Hotel' award

A LEED Platinum-certified hotel, exemplifies sustainability, aiming for Net Zero Carbon.

During the CII National Energy Efficiency Circle Competition 2024, ITC Royal Bengal was awarded the 'Best Energy Efficient Commercial Building/Hotel'. This acknowledges the hotel's dedication to sustainability, state-of-the-art energy efficiency practices, and commitment to ITC Hotels' ethos of Responsible Luxury.

ITC Hotels prioritises environmental stewardship alongside luxury. ITC Royal Bengal, a LEED Platinum-certified hotel, exemplifies sustainability, aiming for Net Zero Carbon. It has achieved energy efficiency through advanced HVAC and electrical technologies, replacing diesel boilers with electric ones, using heat pumps, electronically commutated fans, Continewm Nets, automated tube cleaning for chillers, and converting laundry and kitchen equipment to electrical heating. IE5 motors optimise water management.
