InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue Bellevue complex developed by Fortress Development. The luxury hotel has an inventory of 208 rooms with views of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle and marks the brand’s debut in the Pacific Northwest.
The hotel features 190 guestrooms and 18 suites and family rooms, including a 2,000 sq ft two-bedroom Presidential Suite. It also has a state-of-the-art conference centre and an event venue featuring 12,000 sq ft of versatile indoor and outdoor event space. Tailored for meetings and event planners, this space offers nine appointed rooms, including a 4,250-sq ft grand ballroom along with a 2,275 sq ft junior ballroom.
