IndiGo introduces direct flights between New Delhi and Vijayawada

IndiGo, has announced the launch of a new direct flight route connecting New Delhi and Vijayawada, set to begin on September 14, 2024. This new service, operating daily, is expected to significantly boost business and trade between India's national capital and Andhra Pradesh's burgeoning business hub, Vijayawada.

The introduction of these direct flights underscores IndiGo's commitment to expanding its domestic network and providing seamless travel experiences. This new route will not only facilitate business and economic growth but also offer enhanced connectivity for travellers from Vijayawada to various national and international destinations via New Delhi.

The flight schedule includes an early morning departure from New Delhi at 8:10 am, arriving in Vijayawada at 10:40 am. The return flight departs from Vijayawada at 11:10 am, reaching New Delhi by 1:40 pm. With the addition of this route, IndiGo will now operate 135 weekly flights from Vijayawada to nine cities across India, reinforcing its position as a leading airline in the region.
