India's Waxpol Hotels and Resorts sees 2X more revenues with Hotelogix

Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that India's Waxpol Hotels and Resorts has seen a 2X rise in its revenues with its multi-property management system. The business association started in 2018, and currently, three of the group's properties are running on Hotelogix. 

With four high-end resorts, Waxpol Hotels and Resorts is a known premium hospitality group in India. It operates around the philosophy of 'Sustainable and Modern'. The group’s properties are in Sunderban, Dooars and Pench National Parks, around central and eastern India.

Waxpol Hotels and Resorts management faced several issues with the earlier on-premises solution. It couldn't manage operations across all properties centrally. The PMS neither helped them configure packages nor provided central-level reports on the guest history and several other vital parameters. 

After moving onto the cloud with Hotelogix, Waxpol Hotels and Resorts has seen several benefits. Speaking about it, Akanksha Garg, Founder Director & CEO of Waxpol Hotels and Resorts, said, “Hotelogix enables us to tailor a variety of deals just for business travellers. These bundles are so attractive that they help travel agencies gain new clients. As a result, our company's income has increased by more than double since 2019."
