Indian Hotels Company (IHCL),has opened La Estoria, Goa - IHCL SeleQtions, in the coastal village of Candolim. This new 122-room resort, a short walk from Candolim Beach, combines Goan-Portuguese architecture with modern sophistication, offering guests an immersive experience of Goa's cultural essence.
Named "La Estoria," meaning "The Story," the resort pays homage to Goa's intricate heritage and contemporary elegance. Each room is designed to reflect the unique cultural blend of the region and comes with a private balcony, allowing guests to soak in the tranquil seaside ambiance. It also provides a rich culinary experience with Trattoria, the resort's Italian restaurant, renowned since 1981 for its authentic flavours. For relaxation, guests can visit the Canterbury Bar, which showcases old-Goan charm. The property also features a modern gym with natural lighting, an open swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, and a spa designed as a serene retreat.
