IHCL expands its footprint in Gujarat

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new hotel in Nadiad, Gujarat, which will be branded as IHCL SeleQtions. This development aims to strengthen IHCL's presence in the region, which has become an industrial hub and a convenient destination for travellers due to its proximity to major cities.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, IHCL said, “This signing fortifies IHCL’s presence in Gujarat. Nadiad has emerged as an industrial centre and its proximity to key cities in the state makes it a convenient getaway, driving demand for quality hospitality services. We are delighted to collaborate with Ankur Desai for this project.”

The hotel will feature 108 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a gym, a swimming pool, and a spa. Additionally, it will offer over 10,000 sq ft of banqueting space, including meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and open lawns for events.
