Hyatt debuts Le Petit Chef at Grand Hyatt Goa and Hyatt Centric Chandigarh

The 3D animated show transforms the dining table into a screen, where guests follow Le Petit Chef on a voyage along Marco Polo’s Silk Road

Hyatt has announced its global offering Le Petit Chef experience at Grand Hyatt Goa and Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh. By combining immersive 3D visuals with cuisine, the innovative experience redefines the art of fine dining, while showcasing the brand’s commitment to offering distinct guest experiences.

The 3D animated show transforms the dining table into a captivating screen, where guests follow Le Petit Chef on an enchanting voyage along Marco Polo’s Silk Road, while enjoying a six course menu that captures the essence of each destination.

The menu delivers a refined and diverse culinary journey, starting with a French Silken Chicken Velouté or a Mushroom Velouté. Guests can then savour Arabian flavours with Shanklish and haloumi filo parcels with smoked beetroot, medjool date, olives and almond picada; followed by Indian dishes featuring Butter Lobster podi masala with saffron rice or New Zealand’s Lamb Chops or a Cottage Cheese Roulade.

Additionally, The menu also features Himalayan palate cleansers such asOrange Granitas and Litchi Spears or Barley with mountain liquorice and orange. The journey continues with Chinese dishes, such as Braised lamb leg with pok choy and shiitake mushroom, King Prawns with smoky chilli sauce or Steamed Tofu with bamboo shoots. The experience concludes with a French dessert like a Crème brûlée or a Vanilla Custard with a caramelised sugar crust or Panna Cotta with mango jelly.  

The premium Le Petit Chef menu offers two options, Gourmet and Luxe, in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties, with a Kids Menu also available.
