Fairfield by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport announced the appointment of Kamlesh Rawat as the new Executive Chef. With a career spanning 26 years across luxury, lifestyle, and business hotels, he brings a wealth of culinary expertise to his new role.
Prior to joining Fairfield by Marriott, he held positions with renowned brands including Radisson, Hyatt, Sarovar Hotels, and the prestigious Palais 85 in Australia (Perth). In his new capacity at the hotel, Chef Kamlesh will oversee the entire culinary operations, focussing on enhancing guest satisfaction through culinary creativity and operational efficiency. His responsibilities include leading the culinary team, implementing innovative dining experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
