To ensure 100 per cent safety for the guests, the hospitality brand is following an expansive range of preventative actions like zero breach of no contact policy and effectively maintaining social and physical distancing. To follow strict safety protocols, medically approved hand-sanitizers, protective masks, and PPE kits have been made readily available around the property for guests.

The sanitizer dispensers have been placed in all common areas such as front desk, receptions, and elevators. Square distance marker signs have been painted on floors at common areas like receptions, corridors, lifts to signify the importance of practicing social and physical distancing.

In the prevailing conditions, Namaste has been mandated as the greeting standard. Moreover, all guests are requested to handle their luggage themselves, the exceptional case being of disabled/elderly guests. In such a scenario, the staff has been instructed to sanitize the luggage before and after handling it.

The hotel staff too has been instructed to regularly monitor the temperature of their guests using Infrared Thermometer guns.

In the event of restaurants being out of order due to the restrictions on public gatherings, in-room dining facilities have been made available at all properties until the restaurants are granted authorization to re-commence operations.
