one8 Commune Bangalore has launched their special Onam Feast menu, featuring the rich traditions and flavours of Kerala curated by Agnibh Mudi, Corporate Chef, True Palate Hospitality Pvt Ltd on September, 14 and 15
The menu features Kerala’s food traditions, using fresh, authentic ingredients and time-tested cooking methods to make each dish full of flavour. The meal will consist of starters such as Upperi (Banana Chips) as well as Pappadam. The Ulli Vada, pairs perfectly with the Kara Chutney and the Coconut Chutney. For the main course, guests can choose between the Kerala Red Rice or fragrant White Rice, with flavoursome Sambar, Avial and Rasam. Seviyan Payasam will concluding the feast on a sweet note.
