Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has unveiled its latest offering, a weekly Saturday brunch experience at Kava where guests can tantalise their taste buds with a diverse selection of regional delicacies.
The Saturday brunch at Kava promises an exploration of culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques, offering an authentic glimpse into the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine.
From interactive chef demonstrations to Indian-inspired grills and contemporary regional kebabs, patrons can expect a feast for the senses. The highlights of the exclusive menu include signature dishes such as Chicken Chettinad, Chepala Pulsu, and Peshawari Murgh Tikka, alongside an assortment of market-style salads, locally inspired beverages, international desserts, and much more.
Adding to the culinary spectacle are street-style carts, wine trolleys, and refreshing beverages such as iced tea and Masala Coke, complemented by traditional delights like Lassi.
