Chef Parth Bharti appointed Executive Chef at Andaaz Restaurant

Andaaz Restaurant has announced the appointment of Parth Bharti as the new Executive Chef. With a distinguished culinary journey and a track record of excellence, Chef Bharti brings a wealth of experience and innovation to Andaaz Restaurant, New Jersey, promising to elevate the dining experience to new heights.

He began at Trident, Bandra, Kurla in Mumbai, excelling in culinary talent, winning "Star of the Year" and  later progressed to CDP at Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, followed by a position as Sous Chef at Philtre The Bistro, part of Shreya Hospitality. Led Pikkle, a unit of Shine More Hospitality as Head Chef, showcasing continued culinary prowess.

Chef Bharti’s  most recent tenure was at DESI Restaurant in the Bay Area, California, where he successfully oversaw all restaurant operations. His commitment to high standards earned DESI accolades such as the "Best Casual Contemporary Indian Restaurant Santa Clara County" from the Lux Life Restaurant and Bar Awards 2022.

His innovative recipes and dedication to quality have consistently pushed the boundaries of Indian cuisine. His dedication to quality and creativity has established him as a visionary chef, redefining culinary excellence.
