He began at Trident, Bandra, Kurla in Mumbai, excelling in culinary talent, winning "Star of the Year" and later progressed to CDP at Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, followed by a position as Sous Chef at Philtre The Bistro, part of Shreya Hospitality. Led Pikkle, a unit of Shine More Hospitality as Head Chef, showcasing continued culinary prowess.
Chef Bharti’s most recent tenure was at DESI Restaurant in the Bay Area, California, where he successfully oversaw all restaurant operations. His commitment to high standards earned DESI accolades such as the "Best Casual Contemporary Indian Restaurant Santa Clara County" from the Lux Life Restaurant and Bar Awards 2022.
