World-renowned Chef Jun Lee, holder of two Michelin Stars and owner of Seoul's acclaimed Soigné restaurant, will feature his 'Contemporary Cuisine of Seoul' during a special dinner event at The Leela Palace Bengaluru on August 23 and August 24, 2024. This marks Chef Lee's inaugural visit to India, where he will share his culinary expertise with local diners.
A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Jun has impacted Seoul's dining scene, initially gaining recognition through innovative pop-up restaurants before establishing Soigné in 2015. His restaurant quickly garnered Michelin stars, recognising his emphasis on communication and understanding within cuisine.
