This marks Chef Lee's inaugural visit to India, where he will share his culinary expertise with local diners.
A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Jun has impacted Seoul's dining scene, initially gaining recognition through innovative pop-up restaurants before establishing Soigné in 2015. His restaurant quickly garnered Michelin stars, recognising his emphasis on communication and understanding within cuisine.
