Avani Hotel and Resorts launches its First Hotel in Dubai

AVANI HOTELS and Resorts continues its dynamic expansion with the launch of its first new-build hotel in the Middle East region – Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai. Located adjacent to Ibn Battuta Mall and Ibn Battuta Metro Link, close to Dubai Marina and the site for upcoming Dubai Expo 2020, the new 18-storey hotel offers multiple accommodation options and a spacious terrace with resort-style swimming pool, cabanas and poolside dining.

Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai is a welcome oasis, whether enjoying some leisure time in the city or passing through on business. The Avani Superior Rooms and Avani Executive Rooms each offer 30 square metres of space, with those on the upper floors affording expansive views. The stylish Avani Suites total 46 square metres, with a spacious lounge and dining area and a free standing bath tub in the bathroom.

One of the highlights is the hotel’s impressive swimming pool and terrace which look out over Ibn Battuta and views beyond. Featuring cabanas and day beds, guests can relax by the pool or keep their fitness up with laps. The pool and terrace are the perfect space for hosting social events, able to accommodate up to 200 guests for an alfresco cocktail party or event. Additional facilities include an AvaniFit gym and outdoor yoga deck.
