Atmosphere Living to invest Rs 500 crore in ultra-luxury real estates in India

The company plans to introduce ultra-luxury serviced homes in prime locations

Atmosphere Living India has announced an expansion into the Indian luxury real estate market with an investment of Rs 500 crore. The company plans to introduce ultra-luxury serviced homes in prime locations such as Goa, Lonavala, Himachal Pradesh, Jaipur, and Mysore. Each of these projects will seamlessly blend real estate and hospitality, offering a great living experience. This expansion is part of Atmosphere Living’s broader strategy to establish a strong foothold in South Asia's luxury real estate market.

In connection with these developments, Atmosphere Core has also announced plans to launch new hotels in Kolkata, Coorg, and Bhopal within the next three months. These hotels will be integrated with luxury villas, which will be constructed and sold alongside the hotels, further enhancing the synergy between real estate and hospitality.

Sandeep Ahuja, Chief Executive Officer, Atmosphere Living, highlighted the significance of the company's flagship project in Mussoorie. “Luxury villas will be constructed and sold alongside these hotels by Atmosphere Living, further enhancing the synergy between real estate and hospitality. This will be a unique blend of real estate and hospitality to South Asia. With our upcoming projects, we aim to set new benchmarks in ultra-luxury living, beginning with our flagship Ozen-branded residences in Mussoorie”, he stated.

The Mussoorie project, spread over 11.5 acres of land, will feature a 100-key hotel, 70 villas available for sale and leaseback, 90 luxury apartments for sale, and 12 ultra-luxury residences that will be sold without the leaseback option. The design will reflect the rich heritage of the region, with palace-like structures capturing the essence of the locale. Branded under THE OZEN COLLECTION, the Mussoorie property will be the first of its kind in India. Atmosphere Living also offers a unique investment opportunity for elite homeowners, allowing them to lease their residences back to the company.
