Atmosphere Core expands into Nagpur with two new properties

Atmosphere Core has announced to develop two properties in Nagpur, Maharashtra, through a Hotel Management Agreement with N Kumar Group. The luxury golf resort, 'EDEN GREENZ BY ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR,' is scheduled to open in Q1 2025, while Atmosphere Nagpur, a city-centre hotel, is expected to launch in Q3 2025.

The rebranded golf resort will feature 105 rooms, various dining options, and a spa, all set amid a 9-hole golf course. Meanwhile, ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR will offer 120 rooms and various amenities for business travellers, including meeting spaces and dining options near the city’s central business areas.
