ALILA HOTELS & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Vijay Krishnan as the General Manager of Alila Fort Bishangarh, Jaipur. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in the hospitality business, Krishnan will be responsible for all operations at this beautifully restored 59-suite fortress.
Prior to his appointment with Alila, Krishnan was the General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur and where he had successfully completed the conversion of The Anya, Gurgaon – Member of Design Hotels to Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
A driven, passionate hotelier, Krishnan started his career with the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and went on to build his credentials over the years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, The Park Hotels, Hyatt Regency and Le Meridien.
Krishnan and his team will be charting the Alila Experience at Alila Fort Bishangarh when it opens on 28 February, showcasing rural India and the lesser known beauty of Shahpura as a new destination.
Alila Fort Bishangarh, is the second Alila property in India since opening Alila Diwa Goa 5 years ago. Alila is the luxury brand under the umbrella of Two Roads Hospitality Asia, managed out of the Singapore corporate office.
