Air India has upgraded its service on the Delhi-London route by introducing the Airbus A350, as part of its ongoing transformation initiative, Vihaan.Ai. This aircraft features a new three-class configuration, including 28 private suites in Business Class, 24 dedicated Premium Economy seats, and 264 Economy seats. All onboard seats are equipped with the latest Panasonic eX3 in-flight entertainment system, offering over 3,000 hours of content in multiple languages, with plans for onboard Wi-Fi.

Passengers in Business and Premium Economy will receive amenity kits designed by Ferragamo and TUMI, along with an updated soft product featuring new chinaware and bedding. The menu will serve both Indian and international cuisine presented in specially designed chinaware to enhance the dining experience.

In addition to the A350 introduction, Air India is refurbishing its legacy fleet, starting with the A320neo, which will adopt a modern three-cabin layout. This includes the addition of business class, premium economy seats, and improved economy seating, along with new interior features and amenities. To further improve passenger experience, Air India is establishing exclusive lounges at major international hubs, ensuring a comfortable travel experience throughout the journey.
