Air India has extended its inflight wireless entertainment service, ‘Vista Stream’, to its narrowbody aircraft, offering seamless entertainment options to passengers across its domestic and international networks. This move follows the successful debut of Vista Stream on the airline’s wide-body fleet in August 2024, excluding the recently added Boeing 777 and Airbus A350 aircraft.
“As we continue to transform Air India into a world-class airline, we are happy to introduce Vista Stream that enables our guests to access digital entertainment content on their personal devices during their flights. With the introduction of Vista Stream across our narrowbody fleet, uninterrupted entertainment (BYOD) service will be available throughout the entire domestic and international network,” said Rajesh Dogra, Chief Customer Experience Officer, Air India.
With this expansion, travellers on both widebody and narrowbody aircraft can enjoy uninterrupted access to over 1,600 hours of premium content. From Bollywood hits and Hollywood blockbusters to engaging documentaries, classic music, and children’s programming, the diverse entertainment library caters to a wide range of preferences.
Vista Stream enables passengers to stream content directly to their devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, ensuring a personalised viewing experience. The service is compatible with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms. Additionally, a live flight tracking feature allows passengers to follow their journey in real-time through a detailed map.
