The author has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Aureus Advisors, he was in a leading position with a multinational hotel company that operates in the Luxury, Full Service and Select Service Segment and was at various times overseeing operations in Western India, Qatar, and Oman. He is also an advisor at Guidepoint for the Hospitality and Tourism field and during his tenure in India he served as an Executive Committee member of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. He still is serving on the Alumni Board of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in Australia and has been elected as Ambassador of Tourism for the Swiss Alpine Resort of Zermatt since 2010.
