The new menu at Yi Jing is a blend of refreshing flavours and a great selection. Inspired by traditional techniques, every recipe here is curated with the choicest ingredients and reimagined for the modern-day connoisseurs. The menu repertoire at Yi Jing is a tribute to the celebrated tastes of Sichuan and Hunan. Displayed in the spotlight amidst a star-cast are specials such as Sake & Edamame Dumplings, Cantonese Style Lotus Stem, and Sichuan Style Crispy Prawns.
The newly structured menu accentuates the unravelling of classified gourmet, traversing the provinces of China with a transcendental modern uptake. Each highlighting seasoned, and authentic flavors within a menu as diverse as the origins of Chinese fare into a beautifully immersive amalgam of innovatively presented flavors befitting for the contemporary Indian palate.
Guests can partake in the matchless array of dishes across different courses; soups, appetisers, mains and more, reflecting the rich diversity and distinct sense of style of China. The operational hours are between 12.30 pm and 2.45 pm and 7.00 pm and 11.30 pm on all days of the week.
