Women take the helm as General Managers at THE OZEN COLLECTION Resorts
Elisabeth Alleyne and Monica Coppetta have assumed the roles of General Managers at THE OZEN COLLECTION's flagship properties, OZEN LIFE MAADHOO and OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, respectively.
Alleyne, a seasoned leader with over two decades of international hospitality experience, officially took the reins at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO in October 2023. Hailing from a Swedish-Barbadian background, Alleyne has demonstrated her expertise in managing diverse operations across Europe, the Caribbean, and luxury cruise liners. Emphasising a hands-on approach, Alleyne envisions inspiring her team with creativity and dedication, ensuring an unforgettable experience for guests.
Coppetta, an accomplished Italian hotelier, assumed her role as General Manager at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI in November 2023. With a wealth of experience gained in global boutique and luxury environments, Coppetta is known for her business acumen and ability to drive results. Focused on creating an inclusive work environment, Coppetta aims to inspire her team to deliver their best every day, fostering equal opportunities for all colleagues.
