In honour of the anniversary, the restaurant has introduced a new menu featuring 15 new categories and over 100 curated food and beverage options from across the globe. The new offerings include international grills and appetisers, summer salads, flatbreads and wraps, pizza romana, gourmet main courses, energetic bowls, and delectable desserts. The expanded beverage menu gives handcrafted cocktails, classic gin cocktails, barrel-aged cocktails, tropical sangrias, mocktails, and a wide selection of spirits.
Among the standout additions to the gourmet main courses are the aromatic and rich Thai Green Curry and Thai Red Curry, both served with fragrant jasmine rice, perfect for those craving bold and authentic flavours. From the vibrant streets of China, Travellers Bungalow presents the ever-popular Chowmein, a delightful stir-fry noodle dish that is sure to satisfy any palate. Complementing the new food offerings is a refreshed bar menu, including hand-crafted cocktails like the Uncle Tom Barley, a curated blend featuring whiskey, barley, cinnamon, and beer.
