The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts has unveiled a collaboration with Chef Prateek Sadhu in partnership with Conosh. The tour consists of four Leela palaces in Jaipur, New Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai featuring Chef Sadhu's restaurant, NAAR.
NAAR, meaning ‘fire’ in Kashmiri, encapsulates the essence of Chef Prateek's culinary philosophy which pays homage to the inner flame that fuels his passion for crafting an elegant dining experience in a secluded Himalayan village. The cuisine emphasises a wood-fired, grill-centric approach, embodying the rich, elemental flavours of the region.
