Megu, the modern Japanese restaurant at The Leela Palace New Delhi, will host a unique four-hands pop-up event on October 18 and 19. Chef Shubham Thakur, Head Chef at Megu and a leader in modern Japanese cuisine in India, will collaborate with Michelin-starred Chef Thav Phouthavong from Bangkok's 80/20.
The event will feature a seven-course menu, with each chef presenting three courses, followed by a co-created dish. Chef Shubham is known for his innovative omakase offerings, while Chef Thav has garnered acclaim for his Thai cuisine, having led 80/20 to five consecutive MICHELIN Stars. This collaboration aims to blend their culinary expertise, offering a distinctive dining experience that emphasises both tradition and creativity.
