The Leela Palace Jaipur announces key appointments to leadership team

The Leela Palace Jaipur has announced the addition of four professionals to its leadership team, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Swati Thakur joins The Leela Palace Jaipur as Hotel Manager. She brings a wealth of experience from her roles at Taj The Trees in Mumbai, Taj Lands End, and The Oberoi Hotel in Mumbai. Driven by her proactive problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and prioritisation of business objectives, she is set to deliver new benchmarks in service excellence for the hotel and the brand. She holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Amity University, Mumbai.

Prakhar Dhyani has been appointed as the Director of Sales. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales, including positions at Reethi Faru Resort in the Maldives, The Leela Palace Udaipur, and Conrad Bengaluru, he brings a proven track record in client development and retention. His strategic vision and expertise will be instrumental in strengthening the hotel’s sales initiatives.

Arjun Deoskar assumes the role of Food & Beverage Manager. With over 16 years of experience, his dedication to excellence and innovative approach to F&B management have earned him recognition within the industry. His innovative approach is expected to significantly enhance dining experiences at The Leela Palace Jaipur.

Md Irshad Aman joins as Hygiene Manager, bringing a decade of experience in audit and compliance, particularly in food safety and hygiene management. His meticulous attention to detail will bolster the hotel’s commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
