Sinclairs Hotels announces new properties in Udaipur

Sinclairs Hotels' Board of Directors announced the acquisition of two properties on lease in Rajasthan, marking the company’s entry into North India. The new additions are Sinclairs Palace Retreat Udaipur, situated on Haldighati Road, and Sinclairs Udaipur, located in the RK Circle commercial area.

Sinclairs Palace Retreat Udaipur spans five acres and features 90 rooms, suites, and five cottages. It includes an ornate banquet hall, a conference room, and recreational amenities such as a multicuisine vegetarian restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and children's park. Operations are set to begin in December 2024. The property is close to notable sites including the Shrinathji Temple and Haldighati.

Sinclairs Udaipur includes 56 rooms and offers facilities like a banquet hall and multicuisine restaurant. It aims to serve corporate clients, tourists, and wedding groups, with operations expected to start in October 2024.

With the addition of these two properties, Sinclairs Hotels will increase its total room count by 33 per cent, raising it to 598 rooms. The company plans to further expand its presence in the region, aiming for a total of 1,000 rooms across five to six properties within the next three years.
