Shweta Hinduja Appointed as Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Hyderabad Gachibowli

SHWETA HINDUJA has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources, at Sheraton Hyderabad Gachibowli. In her new role, she will be heading the HR department of the hotel and will be responsible for taking care of talent acquisition, succession and workforce planning, performance management, training and development for hotel associates.

A creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker, she effectively balances the needs of employees in line with the mission of the organization. Her key strengths include strong communication, interpersonal mentoring and organizational development skills, which will aid in ensuring smooth operations of the HR and efficient performance for optimal guest satisfaction.

With over 14 years of adept experience in the industry, she has attained a keen sense of understanding and knowledge of the field. Prior to her current role at Sheraton Hyderabad Gachibowli, Shweta worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli. Her areas of expertise lie in HR processes and systems, human resources strategies, recruitment methodologies, payroll and expense management, union management and problem solving.

Shweta graduated in Hotel and Tourism Management from IHM, Ahmedabad. In the course of her career she has been associated with renowned names in the hospitality industry such as Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Hyatt Services India Pvt Ltd and Grand Hyatt Mumbai.

She is a highly competent and organized individual who works very well in a team and can manage several tasks efficiently. She possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic along with a keen desire to learn and grow. Shweta enjoys travelling and exploring new places. In her free time, she likes to unwind by watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.
