Sayaji Hotels Group is announcing significant plans for expansion in India, focussing on the luxury and leisure sectors. Building upon its established presence in Central India, the group aims to extend its reach into all major regions across the country, targeting the addition of 12,000 keys in 113 cities to meet the rising demand for quality hospitality.
The expansion will prioritise Tier II and Tier III cities, contributing 8,700 new keys, and catering to both business and leisure travellers. The initiative will leverage Sayaji’s expertise in food and beverage alongside high service standards.
Raoof Razak Dhanani, Managing Director, of Sayaji Hotels Limited stated, “Our expansion reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, accessible hospitality across the country. We see tremendous potential in emerging markets, especially in Tier II and Tier III cities, where infrastructure growth and increased connectivity are driving demand for upscale accommodations. We aim to bring a blend of luxury and leisure that appeals to both domestic and international travellers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience at every Sayaji property.”
The group's growth strategy will include various operational models such as management contracts and revenue-sharing agreements, with a specific focus on developing resort properties in scenic and tourism-rich locations. This growth trajectory aims to enhance Sayaji's brand presence and adapt to market trends, anticipating a significant rise in revenue as online booking demands increase.
