Perched elegantly on the banks of the meandering River Sal, Riverside offers an enchanting rendezvous with Pan-Asian delicacies in an ambiance that exudes serenity. Among the menu highlights are the Spicy garlic edamame, where each pod bursts with flavour, the indulgent Butter garlic Sichuan tiger prawns that will transport you to the streets of Chengdu, the irresistible Pan-seared char siu pork bao that marries traditional flavours with a contemporary twist, Riverside signature chicken clay pot, a sumptuous masterpiece that reflects his passion and expertise, and to round off your meal, indulge in the refreshing Homemade wasabi yuzu sorbet, a palate-cleansing delight that leaves a lasting impression. Design element
The Riverside embodies the unhurried rhythm of the gently flowing River Sal, with an artistic ode to the rising sun symbolising the dawn of a new dining experience. The restaurant boasts chic white interiors with a lofty louvered ceiling and an outdoor terrace, perfect for alfresco dining under the stars. The ambiance is relaxed yet refined, allowing patrons to savour the passing fishing trawlers while being attended to by warm and hospitable hosts.
