Hailing from Pune, Guruju brings with him 21 years of proficient hospitality experience in some of the most eminent hotels in India and overseas. He has been a part of renowned hotels like Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Hyderabad, and Mercure Lavasa & Lavasa International Convention Centre, Pune, Le Royal Meridien Mumbai, Hotel Intercontinental the Grand Mumbai, Hotel Avasa, Tylney hall hotel, England, and many more.
With impeccable execution abilities, attention to detail, flexible approach towards work and ability to deliver positive results under pressure makes Guruju the ideal choice for this role. An ardent food & beverage enthusiast he will be responsible for curating dishes with a fusion twist that will contribute to embody the tagline “Where fun never ends”. Leading the culinary operations at the resort, it is his vision to continually improve the guests’ dining experience through replicating the excitement and thrill one experiences in a theme park to the gastronomic creations.
