Ramee Group of Hotels appoints Ayub Ali as Corporate HR

Ramee Group of Hotels has appointed Ayub Ali as the new head of the Corporate Human Resources Department. Ali will oversee training, development and industrial relations for all properties, align HR strategies with business goals, support management, manage recruitment, and ensure a positive work environment.

Ali brings an impressive background and an extensive experience of 19 years to Ramee Group of Hotels. With a proven track record of driving employee engagement and implementing innovative HR strategies, he is poised to elevate the group's human capital initiatives. A results-driven leader, he excels in talent acquisition, retention, and motivation, unlocking the potential of companies' most valuable asset—their people. In this role, he will play a pivotal role in advancing the group's commitment to nurturing a positive and enriching work environment across its diverse portfolio of hotels. He will also develop and implement training programs, evaluate performance and drive brand values. 

Previously, Ali contributed his skills to brands such as Fariyas Hotels, IHG Group of Hotels, Radisson Group of Hotels, and Mayfair Hotels, showcasing his versatile and impactful contributions in the industry. He was awarded best HR by Radisson Group of Hotels, IHG, and WOW Crest – IHCL SeleQtions by showing consistent performance.
