RAKESH PRASAD has been appointed Executive Sous Chef at Novotel Ahmedabad, located on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway. Prasad specializes in world cuisine and has 12 years of experience in the kitchen. Before moving to The Novotel, Ahmedabad, Prasad was working at the Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata as Executive Chef. Prasad, passed out of the Institute of Hotel Management, Goa and has worked in The Grand, New Delhi and Suryaa Palace, New Delhi as well.
